I collect concept art. I'm aspiring to be an author one day, so I try to visual the worlds I'm trying to write in a lot. I love concept art and look through different samples of alternate narrative universes in different literary canons. Obviously Star Wars is one, but also art from Blizzard, Industrial Victorian art (The Order 1886 or Steampunk).
I like the elements and try to depict them as best as I can, not only by how they look but what they represent with the feelings they invoke.
I also really like mountains. They're representative of power, strength, and journeys. You can write about a whole world on a mountain and I like to incorporate the imagery in my writing a lot.
